A person who suffers from a traumatic brain injury usually has a long way to recovery. In some cases, the person can make a full recovery. In others, only a partial recovery is possible. Whether the person is expected to make a full recovery or a partial recovery, the patient will likely undergo rehabilitation. The rehabilitation program a patient goes through should be tailored to that patient’s needs instead of being a one-size-fits-all program.

Serious injuries after an accident require serious representation

Pedestrians and bicyclists are often at the mercy of motor vehicles when it comes to remaining safe. Even if the pedestrian crosses the street in a marked crosswalk at the appropriate time, if a car decides not to stop, the pedestrian can be seriously injured. If the bicyclist is riding in a bicycle lane adjacent to the motor vehicle lane, the bicyclist can be seriously injured if the motor vehicle driver crosses over into the bicycle lane and strikes the bicycle.
